Our Ethos
AHEAD aims, as a reputable voluntary organisation, to provide professional, confidential and culturally relevant services to Africans and Refugees living in London. We work in partnership with like-minded agencies who aim towards the common goal of offering truly accessible and equitable health services for all and share a desire to develop the capacity of African based organisations.

AHEAD seeks to ensure that equality and diversity principles underpin all areas of the organisation’s work and service provision. AHEAD values people's differences and respects the fact that backgrounds, experience and identity are a vital part of an individual's being. AHEAD will take strong action in response to language or behaviour that is offensive or discriminatory.

Future Developments
As a growing and developing organisation responding to needs of the community we are planning to develop our services around the fields of health and social care services for children and adults. Please contact us with your comments and views regarding developing these services.
